Site analysis

Analysing potential sites and spaces for your premises is done according to several key factors. When we kick the process off, we work closely with you to determine what you’re looking for in your new site. We aim to get a clear understanding of your business, how you operate in physical spaces, and what unique requirements your business needs to succeed. From there we can determine the type of site we are looking for in terms of size, location, and access.

It’s not simply a matter of finding a site that meets the aforementioned requirements. We also need to ensure that the space can physically be fitted to your needs and that this fitout won’t seriously disrupt existing amenities for fire, ventilation and electrical systems. We can assist in identifying gaps in the market and undertake thorough research on the area (or areas) where you’re looking to set up operations. This involves consideration of what businesses and services are already available, and which demographics exist in the area. Authorities assessment

In the early stages of planning, we ensure that all legal requirements will be met, from zoning approvals to building code compliance to meeting department of health regulations. During site selection, we will be looking to make sure that we can meet these demands. Whether they are general regulations or industry specific, we will have you covered. We launch development applications as soon as we can, and work with the council to mitigate potential compliance risks and remove roadblocks to completion.

Cost estimation
