Innova Design develops feasibility studies at the beginning of every fitout process. This is so we can minimise any risk moving forward with your fitout. A simple exploration of your goals and capacity to meet them will help inform Innova as we proceed with the fitout process.
Innova works with our clients to determine the space requirements of their proposed fitout. Based on your preferences we determine the ideal location for you in relation to your budget, property specific requirements (rooms, technology, parking, etc.), your vision and expected future growth.
We then look at what’s available on the market. Using our trusted network of property providers, we will find the ideal location. During this feasibility study, we also look at possible incentives for leasing in an area, surrounding competition as well as building access and public transport.
For any new site, Innova looks into the legal constraints and requirements of the building (Heritage listed, strata title).
As a part of the feasibility process we provide preliminary costing so that both Innova and the customer are aware of financial possibilities and restrictions on the project.
