Customers are guided towards a concierge area via floor covering design. The concierge area is designed for more personal interaction and welcoming experience. The surgeries feature frosted glass walls for privacy and bright environment with brand colours used to accent the chair and splashback.
The overall design is friendly, welcoming, bright, comfortable and professional.
Interior style to promote a sense of calm and comfort through a relaxed style that combines warm, natural textures and lighting with modern, casual furniture. Base palette of neutral greys are accented with colours from the brand style guide colour palette. The space planning is an open race course with an informal reception space with kids area at entry with a scalable key design “green wall” feature. This softens the harder elements and relaxes the customers.
