Costing and Budget Management
At Innova we make sure we don’t exceed the original budget allocated for the project. We deliver more than 200 fit outs worldwide on time and within budget and the best testimonial of our work is that more than 80% of our business come from existing clients. We strive to deliver our projects with a transparent approach so you are informed at all stages of your budget and progress on site.

- Provide floor layouts on your shortlisted properties with detailed costing
- Conduct a tender process with at least 3 contractors per category
- Provide costing with detailed breakdowns of each component of your fitout
- Manage fixed sum prices or open book scenarios
- Present an all inclusive budget with no variations at the end
During the project development we will present:
- Weekly reports with advance on site and deliverables for the week
- Photographs of progress on site and in joinery development off site
- Site meeting minutes between Innova and main contractors
- Site folder with OH&S reports and site establishment
- Budget control reports
- Invoicing based on progress on site with detailed breakdown per trade
